Only problem I had was trying to figure out how to set it up with my laptop as the instructions aren't very clear on that and if you go to the company page and try looking up the printer it don't show it on the company page at all including using the model etc. But ended up googling the printer information and was able to get clearer instructions on how to get it installed and connected.
